no CPU usage in reports?

Hello,

I'm trying to create a simple report which uses CPU monitors to get a feel for average usage in a day.

I have fields for Intrinsic Property -> Last Result, which shows up in the report no problem.

I also tried fields for Statistic Value -> CPU Usage. Never anything but "-"

If the report is offering me this as a choice, you'd think it would just work right? There is not a lot of things to manipulate here.

Any ideas?

Have you tried the built in CPU Utilization report under Device Reports?

The device reports and group reports have no data either...
"No statistics were recorded during this time selection"
It appears they do not use the CPU monitors, as I'm offered every individual device and every group and subgroup in IPM. But only a few devices actually have the CPU (WMI or SNMP) monitors.
I tried adding a Device Report to my manually created report and nothing gets added. As if I did not click that menu item at all.

If you look in the C:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\ipMonitor\dbstore directory, do you see a file for the day you want a report from?

there are *.plog files for every day of the year, going back several years.
