CPU and Memory Alerting

Afternoon all

Hoping to get some help around creating a memory and Cpu alert.

So what i want to do is write the alert so if CPU or Memory hits 90% then to trigger an email. However i dont want it to alert if the node has a customer CPU or memory threshold written
