    Could not find corresponding client


      Our IT manager is getting "Received request from address '(*correct and valid email address*)' to approve a ticket, but could not find corresponding client" when doing approvals. The approval works fine, and he's receiving these error emails to the same address as the email is listing, but he gets this error every time. Works fine for all other approvers. Any ideas?
