DMRC to Wyse Device

Hi there,

I am new to DMRC and have been trying to set it up to connect to some older Wyse devices (C90LEW devices running WES2009 specifically). I push the viewer to them successfully, but when I go to connect to the device, it reacts by initiating a restart and no connection is established. Could someone help me to determine the cause?
