Source of data for 95th percentile reports

Hello

Can someone please help me understand what is the source of data for the "last month 95th percentile" report ? I specifically need to know if I have my detailed statistics retention to 14 days and hourly retention to 30 days which one would the report use to pull the 95th percentile report ?
