    Request Types are missing in drop down when creating a task

      I have come across an issue where a few of the Request Types do not show up in the drop down arrow when trying to create a task.  I am trying to create a task to link to a parent ticket, but I am missing two of the request types.  I have checked that the proper departments are selected for each of the request type.   We are running 12.3.0.  Is this a bug or glitch?

          Hi jeffguers,

           

          This is very common issue in WHD 12.3.0. It is not a bug but can be said as a feature request.

          Here is what you have to do to resolve this.

           

          1. Go to Setup > Tickets > Request Types

          2. Select the request type which you want in drop down of the task you are trying to create.

          3. Select the Company Location Department as ALL.

          4. Log out and login with the admin account.

           

          You can see the request types in the drop down.
