Performance Counters go Unknown?

We have been monitoring different performance counters with no problems. At
the same time today we lost all of them. They all state "Network connection failed. HResult: No data to return. Error: Unable to connect to the specified computer, or the computer is offline." However different components on the same monitor show
up.  We have three SW instances globally and essentially our test came
out with:

From NA we can connect to NA Cannot Connect to EMEA or APAC

From EMEA we can connect to NA and EMEA, Cannot Connect to APAC

From APAC we can connect to EMEA and APAC, Cannot Connect to NA

Has anyone else ever come across this?

Any Help would be appreciated.
