    Imported parts price info not showing up when I fill out the ticket


      I recently imported a parts price list from a manufacturer. If I search for the part that I am interested in in the parts list I see all the info on the part so my import seems to have worked fine. When I go to record the use of that part in the parts and billing window of a repair ticket the info does not show up. I get manufacturer but I don't get description or price. What am I doing wrong?
