    Problem with SORBS reports

    maxsimo

      Hello,

we receive periodically reports form alerts@dnsstuf.com.

We delist (with success) our mail server from an old activity on SORBS, but sometimes we still get alerts from a delisted records on SORBS, why?

Here a copy and paste of the message:

      -----------------------------------------------------------------------------

The following addresses have seen blacklist activity during the past week

      New listings:

[our mail IP] was found listed on SORBS-SPAM on 2016-07-07 13:36:25.088464-05 http://www.dnsbl.sorbs.net

[our mail IP]  was found listed on SORBS-SPAM on 2016-07-04 18:06:24.027734-05 http://www.dnsbl.sorbs.net

      New non-listings:

[our mail IP] was NOT found listed on SORBS-SPAM on 2016-07-07 18:56:24.537241-05 http://www.dnsbl.sorbs.net

[our mail IP] was NOT found listed on SORBS-SPAM on 2016-07-04 21:46:24.398929-05 http://www.dnsbl.sorbs.net

This is a summarized listing of blacklist activity for all of your monitored IPs for the past week.  As a summary it does not contain incidents not resulting in a status change; For example, if an IP was initially not listed, and during the past week it was listed and then delisted, it will not be mentioned in this email.

To see detailed listing activity for your monitored addresses, please log on to your DNSstuff account at http:://www.dnsstuff.com/ and select 'RBLAlert Dashboard' from the Tools menu.
