No user login information in UDT 3.2.4

I'd like to see user log ins in UDT and all settings looks to be correct at both Orion and AD DC side but stil there is information for AD DC that "Polling failed" (at UDT settings). User is working on evaluation versions (NPM, NCM and UDT - newest versions).
