    Creating ServiceNow Incident with IF/Then/Else statement

      Good Morning Denizens of Thwack,

       

      Scope:

      I am working to create an alert action to generate an Incident in ServiceNow. 

       

      Goal:

      I would like to set the Assignment Group (in ServiceNow) to be whichever group is listed in the Primary_Admin custom property field (NPM).

       

      The Rub:

      We have several items that have not had the Primary_Admin property filled out.

       

       

      In the such an event (${N=SwisEntity;M=Volume.CustomProperties.Primary_Admins} == "") we would like to mark the Assignment Group to our Operations team.

      Is this achievable from the Orion/SWQL side of things?If so, how would I create the call/statement?
