SQL connectivity losts and restores after Rebooting server.

Hi Everyone, I am facing a problem with SQL and Solarwinds server connectivity. While every thing is working fine, Suddenly SQL server disconnects with error

"Service was unable to open new database connection when requested.

Exception A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: Named Pipes Provider, error: 40 - Could not open a connection to SQL Server)....."   . After Rebooting NPM Servers, everything starts to work again . I have checked, DB is available during this error to other servers so there is no problem in DB server or its connectivity. Both Machines are on Same Subnet. Hosts firewalls are disabled...
