Has anyone had any issues with the accuracy of the data displayed in the Webhelpdesk dashboard?
I have a couple of widgets returning different values to the underlying queries and I havent a clue why? If I run one particular query it returns 54 records yet the widget is only showing 40 records?
Does anyone have any ideas?
There are a couple of options in Setup> General> Options which can affect this and are worth checking, one for Max Weeks of data in Dashboard which will exclude tickets are older than that threshold, and another for Filter Dashboard Data to User which can cause some confusion if checked.
