IPAM not working

I've recently installed IPAM 4.1 (Orion Platform 2015.1.3, IPAM 4.1, NCM 7.4.1, NPM 11.5.3, DPA 10.0.1, QoE 2.0, NTA 3.11.0, IVIM 2.1.1, SAM 6.2.3)

I've configured 3 subnets to scan and added 1 DHCP and 1 DNS server (single server running both services).

So far IPAM has detected no devices on any of the subnets, shows nothing on the 'Manage Subnets & IP' tab and nothing on either the DHCP or DNS tabs in 'DHCP & DNS management'

From the IPAM server console, I've manually pinged devices on all the subnets I've configured.

Not going very well so far :-(

Any suggestions ?
