SNMP via proxy or relay?

I've got the need to monitor set of switches and access points that are on a network completely separate from my Enterprise LAN (Layer 2 and Layer 3 separation).  I'm trying to avoid putting an interface and address for this other network directly on my Solarwinds server.

Is there a way to install some type SNMP proxy or relay in the separate network to forward SNMP traffic to my Solarwinds server?  I understand that there will be have to be "some" connectivity, I'll only allow SNMP (UDP 161) and the specific IP address of my Solarwinds server.  I just really need to keep this separate network as separate as possible.

Open to all suggestions, thanks!

Mike
