Cisco 3850 running ios 3.3.5 occasional increased polling time

I leverage solar winds NPM and NCM at work with a few other add ons. Every once in a while during polling our 3850 switches in use will report over 50 ms latency when polled. The average is around 7 to 8 ms but every once in a while I see a 40-70 ms spike. Would like to know if anyone else has this issue and why it might be occurring. This ONLY happens in the network with the 3850s.

edit: have not seen any performance issues whatsoever
