Can you check to see if the Solarwinds agent is running

I am not sure how to check that the Solarwinds agent is running.  We have one Solarwinds SAM agent installed.  It is my understanding that Netpath is a component of NPM, not SAM.  My NPM pollers and my SAM pollers are functioning as expected.

I see in the screen shot that the Connection Status is "Agent deployment failed" and the Agent Status is "Unknown".  I have not yet found any details to troubleshoot or correct.

Windows agent deployment

I have identified an issue that affects SAM agent deployment.  Group memberships (my organization has separated administrative responsibilities) were changed affecting the service account access to remote machines.  Once this is corrected, I expect the agent deployment and status will be functional again.
