    Acknowledgement Emails - Creating a ticket

      Hi,

       

      I created an alert wherein if an active alert is acknowledged, it will send an email to the help desk.

       

      However, i want to add more information like Node Name, Node IP that was acknowledged in the alert. It doesn't give me the option to do so. How can I do this?
