Incorrect Last Boot Time on Windows Server

We have some alerting set up around "Last Reboot Time" and today noticed that Solarwinds sent out an alert that the server rebooted. When our admin took a look at the server, task manager was showing it has been up for 40 days.  Any idea why a reboot would be flagged?
