Hi acreeves​! The new Upgrade Guides can help with all upgrades, no matter the version. While it does have info for the new NPM 12, it is written to help upgrade from version to version. Definitely use the Product Upgrade Advisor David linked.

For now, skip steps marked for NPM 12.

Gotchas to be aware of:

• Definitely pay attention to the step for backing up your reports. NPM 10.7 introduces web-based reports. The upgrade guides explain where and how.
• If you added any custom code like CSS style files, etc, you should check the custom code kb, in the upgrade guide. You may need to back up that content/files.

NPM 10.7 supports SAM 6.0.2,NTA 4.0.1, and IVIM 1.9.0.
