I am trying to work with action rules, but can not get one to work. It may be that it needs setting up in a different way, but it is just not working.
I have some custom fields
Date of Change: [date]
Thing to Change: [add]
Ticket Request: [remove]
What I want to do is ping an email if [add] is TRUE and [remove] is TRUE and [date] is today, without having to actually update the ticket for the rule to work. So in theory you create ticket but it holds the rule until the correct date comes up without having to go into the ticket and update it
Is this possible first, if so how?
I do not believe this is possible.
