We use a Windows domain for authenticating WHD users (clients and techs).
Setup/ General/ Authentication/ Authentication Method is set to Web Help Desk.
Setup/ Clients/ AD/LDAP Connections has OUs from the domain listed.
In WHD Messages, we notice warnings with text 'At least 10 incorrect attempts were made to log in as Client User Name [ADaccountname]. Account has been deactivated. You will need to reset the Client's password and reactivate the account'.
This warning message is not right because the AD accounts are not affected at all. I am not sure how to suppress this false warning messages.
