    Need database schema for Web HelpDesk

      Good morning. We are hooking out WHD server into our analytics tool and I need to find out where all the ticket information lives. It is not very clear when looking at the db structure where I can find this data. I need to be able to do analytics on this data so need things like severity, open/closed, time to resolve etc...
