Guessing the easiest approach might be to have ISE do syslogs to NPM and have it alert based on specific syslog message types. I don't believe IPAM or UDT would be useful with this.
we use nps/syslog to receive alarms from ise (2.1) to sw. It works like a sharm.
even people might disagree, but in our 10.000 service network there is A LOT of logging.
so be sure to filter syslog coming in to sw.
not have the console right in front of me now, but i think we just let health-alarms pas into sw.
you should also try SNMP mibs, v.2

I'm wondering if anyone else has attempted to monitor Cisco ISE with any of the SW products? I've been having a tough time getting this set up in my SW environment.
