how to seperate same LAN ip's in my kiwi syslog

I have two, technical, questions. I have three network devices in different locations, which have the same LAN IP address, both are being used in my Kiwi environment.

How can I distinguish between the three addresses in my syslog server?

Also, is there a way to separate IP's by location? So for example, two groups for two departments of a company

You will need a way to distinguish the devices from each other. You can try creating one rule for each device, and then specify a different facility for each device. See this link:
