Is anyone else having issues with the Action Rules and Tasks not firing from tickets? We built out some workflows for onboarding, ticket processing and routing solutions in WHD and then they all stopped. I have created support tickets on the customer portal, talked with support technicians and nothing gets resolved. I have gone into no man's land of development with this issue so I am reaching out to see if anyone else is using the Action Rules and Tasks and having positive results. This was the main reason we selected WHD over other products and it has failed us.
We are on build# 18.104.22.1683 on the virtual appliance. All of these workflows worked in previous versions but then they stopped and I am not sure if I need to revert back to a different version or I am hoping someone out there might have some suggestions on things you have done to resolve workflow issues.
Any ideas I should look at?
