Hello Everyone,
I was wondering if anyone has run across these types of issues where you create an alert, save, test and it works correctly then you notice the alarm associated to that alert stops triggering like it should. You go check the alert and it isn't there, No where to be found. I had to export/import it again.
So far it is working and the alert is in the list of alert templates.
Also another issue we are seeing is we have deleted devices in monitoring that are no longer in use and then all of a sudden the devices show back up and cause alarms and for the on call to be paged out.
Suggestions, Ideas, ??????
