    Alert Central - No one on call


      What happens to an alert in Alert Central if it is assigned to a group that has no one on call?

          It will follow the escalation detail as configured for the group, so you can for example set it to send the alert to all group members and then any additional steps such as if the alert is not ack'ed within a specified amount of time, to auto-assign it to a specific person and to notify the person.
