Network Atlas Error

Hi all, when I open the Network Atlas, see the following error, some idea of the source of the error?

I have the following:

Orion Platform 2015.1.2, SAM 6.1.0, QoE 2.0, NCM 7.2, NPM 11.5.2, UDT 3.0.0, IVIM 2.1.0

The version of the Network Atlas is 1.12.1007.0

Hi try this and let us know how you went. but ensure you have installed Network Atlas with a local administrator account and not a domain account.

After starting Network Atlas, why do I get an error stating Network Atlas has encountered a problem and needs to close? …
