    When updating a ticket with notes, will the ticket status always default back to Pending?


      I noticed when adding or updating a ticket with notes, the ticket status always changes back to Pending, is there a reason for that or is there a setting we can set so the default is always Open?  Ideally, would like for it to default to Open or remain open when updating its status through Notes, it can still be Pending after having the ticket created.
