I'd like to run a report on tickets submitted between 5pm and 5am for a month but I don't see any specific way to do that on the UI.
I see that I can run a specific time range report but it selects ALL tickets when you get out past a day and I really don't want to go day to day to figure this out.
Any way to eliminate all tickets submitted outside of those hours for a report? Or do I need to engage the DBA for some SSRS reporting?
While you might be able to do this in the UI via activating action rules to apply custom fields to tickets opened during that time frame and THEN searching for tickets with the custom field, it might be easier to utilize the REST API
