    network Performance Monitor issues




      I am using NPM and facing issues in the same, a particular set of nodes going down in the software, but in reality they is no issues . please find the attached screen shot for the same.

          Things you need to do:


          1. Can you ping the devices while RDP'd on to the Orion server (APE if using APE's)
          2. Are you monitoring via SNMP and if so is the SNMP data still correct or do they show as unknown
          3. Check the JobEngine and Data Collector log files in (C:\programdata\SolarWinds)
