    Cannot Save New Host in Saved Host List - Options are greyed out!


      Hi - I've searched for the solution to this issue on this site and throughout the web, and have yet to find the solution.  I have DameWare Mini Remote Control v 64 bit being delivered as a Citrix Application, and we have users who cannot save new hosts in the host list.  When they right-click on the folder "Saved Host List" within the right-click context menu, the option New / New Host & New Folder are greyed out.  We've verified that they have wright rights to the db file in their profile.


      Has anyone else had this issue?


      Any help is greatly appreciated.
