could you please provide version of SRM Orion installation, your DFM version and versions of storage arrays / clusters you have there? These information might help also.

Can you provide DFM / NetApp Info? I've seen one other case on SRM 6.3. But somehow it mysteriously resolved itself by the time we hopped on a call with the customer. Is there interest in bumping up to the latest version on SRM? If you call support - please PM me the support case for me to stay involved.
