    Tickets not showing up in a timely fashion


      Almost all of my techs have complained of an issue where tickets are not showing up in the ticket list until hours after they were created.  The tickets may show a creation time of 830AM but do not actually show up in the ticket list until 11AM or Noon.


      Has anyone else seen this issue?
