Deleting Default Website on Primary Polling Engine

Is there any harm to deleting the Default Website in IIS on the Orion Web Console server?  If it matters, I'm asking about NPM 11.5.2/SAM 6.2.2 on a Windows Server 2008 R2 or newer box.  I know I can stop the site, but I hate even seeing it in the AppInsight monitor and in IIS.

Same question goes for the Default App Pools.  Can the default App Pools be safely deleted as well?  I just want to make sure before I do it in case the Orion website uses/depends on anything in the Default Site or if any of the installers look for it to be there or something.

Thanks
