HTTPS Response Time Causing Web Console Performance Issues

    arecibocafe

I have been in the process of setting up a new server and followed all the best practices. I have done very little in the way of customizations. One I have made though is a HTTP redirect to HTTPS. Recently I have noticed that HTTPS Bindings Monitor is averaging around 16K ms in response time. I am the only user logged in with only 70 nodes being monitored. The console responsiveness is abysmal. I have checked the server logs for errors and found none. CPU and memory utilization is normal. I have also looked through the Knowledge Base and on Thwack for any other possible solutions and none seem to have worked. I would like to resolve this soon as this server will be placed in production by the middle of next week. I also have opened a ticket with support. Case # is 939406. If anyone has any insight, I would appreciate it.
