When my manager sends a email it sends a email to all in the group.But when I create a email it only creates the ticket but sends the notice only to the tech that is assigned to.
How can I get it that when I create an ticket its sends a email to all in the group?
if you go into the settings\techs\tech groups
then select the group and go to the tech group levels tab you can change the option that says "force email notification to" to level techs
