Index Fragmentation Thresholds (Database Performance Analyser)

Hello,

We have indexes in a database which we EXPECT to have a high fragmentation percent each day (due to design). Is it possible to set an exception just for the two indexes involved, but keep the inherited thresholds for all other indexes within that database?

Are you looking for something like this: Custom Alert - Fragmentation
You can implement this as a custom alert and not use the canned one. That way you can edit the where clause and exclude ones that you know/expect high fragmentation.
