How can I pull signal strength via SNMP from a Windows PC?

I am looking to collect wireless signal strength data via SNMP from approximately 3,500 wireless clients. All of these clients are all-in-one PCs running on Windows  7.

My issue is that the majority of these clients are connected to wireless access points that do not have SNMP enabled, so I can't pull the client signal strength from the APs.

We are, however, monitoring each PC client as an individual node and collecting SNMP traps from them.

Surely it is possible to capture the wireless signal strength off of these PCs via SNMP, is it not? If so, can anyone tell me how?

This has become a recurrent question in our department, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
