    Grant Access to Desktop Support


      Goal: Allow our desktop support personnel view/read only access to ensure all Microsoft desktops have patches have applied.


      We want our desktop support team to have a "read only" access and not have the ability to move computers in and out of groups; approve windows patches or remove patches. We would also like them to be able to execute reporting.


      The issue is that once Patch Manager is launched you have full access without prompting for authentication.


      Question: Is there a way to enable a form of authentication to allow granular permissions (see example image) permissions.GIF
