New to web help desk - Could use some help!

I just started a new job and i'm trying to optimize/clean up their SolarWinds ticketing system and I have a few questions... (For what it's worth I'm fairly familiar with both osTicket & the Spiceworks ticketing system. ).

1.) Looking for an admin guide to install/configure it. Searched in Thwack but didn't see anything ....

2.) Does WHD support canned responses

3.) Why does web help desk constantly break when using multiple tabs (across several different browsers - Windows & Mac )

    - For whatever reason, If I want to open up several tickets at once in new tabs I have to refresh each tab before making changes or it screws up the display and may or may not accept my changes to the ticket.
