Is there any way to display information during the creation of a ticket in WHD so that technicians would be able to see it but clients/users won't?
Ex) Selecting a request type would display the members of a tech group to technicians but not users.
This can be done with custom fields which you can hide from clients but display for Techs. You'd tie it to a Request Type and when its chosen the field displays.
