Need the ability to monitor devices behind a firewall. Need a remote agent to deploy on a device on the other side of the firewall to monitor the devices. The proxy agent will upload to the parent ipMonitor server. Or just two installs of ipmonitor where one is a primary and the other is secondary and the secondary uploads all detail to parent so you have one console, one alert server.
