Start listening for SNMP Traps?

We're attempting to configure ipMonitor to listen for incoming SNMP traps. I have the Windows SNMP Trap service disabled and I have SNMP logging enabled within ipMonitor. I've already created a couple of monitors but I dont see that any SNMP logs are being created.
