I have switches being monitored as well as devices behind those switches. Occasionally if the switch goes down, IPMonitor sends out alerts for not only that switch but every device behind it. This becomes a nightmare to manage, with dozens of text messages going out. I know how to setup dependencies between monitors for a given device (e.g. "everything depends on the ping monitor") but is it possible to setup dependencies between devices so that if I lose core networking infrastructure, we do not get alerts for every device behind them?
