IpMonitor MIB Base

hello,

I have a Radware prodact named Linkproof that I whould like to sample in my IpMonitor with SNMP. The IpMonitor Does'nt recognize the OID that resposble on the router status table. I ask Radware about it and they sent me back a *.mib file. How can I load this file to the IpMonitor?
