Can you use the "short address description" in Alerts?
Also, what about returning the threshold for drive space monitors? These don't seem to be available tokens in the Alerts section.

I am running an external process to generate a ticket in our help desk environment. Putting the 2 tokens together will allow only one to show up as the other is null.
%monitor[addr]% %monitor[target]%

You can use these tokens and the ones I mentioned in response to your previous post within alerts.
To target the configured drivespace threshold settings you would use %monitor[thold\avgmin]% and %monitor[thold\metric]%
For a list of standard tags, please see Admin guide section "Customizing Notifications Using Tokens". But as Matt noted, the XML method described above should get you all possible tag candidates.

I seemed to have fixed all but 1 issue now.
An SNMP monitor uses addr and an rpc monitor uses target. I'd like to use only 1 alert for both types.
