Alarm is not working

Under the configuration page/edit my settings, any option I choose under "Sound if failures are showing" doesn't work if I click the test button.  I'm running a eval version of 9.02 build 1245 on a windows 2003 R2 box.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

Are you able to get sound by clicking the play buttons on the following page:

Are you able to get sound using a different computer?  Different browser?

Play 1-3 buttons on the zwitserloot page all fire the machine gun.  Different browser on my machine doesn't not work (I've tried IE and firefox).  On another machine it works with IE, but firefox wants me to install quicktime.
