WHD - Schedule base Processes - Action rule

Currently we have action rules which are triggered based on ticket updates by Users or Techs but not on schedule bases we think this will be a very useful feature for sending third-party reminder e-mail where the User and the Techs are not actionable.

I have set up Action Rules that update a ticket's status depending on the entry in a particular field. It makes no sense that the tech has to go into the ticket and click Save to make the Action Rule trigger.
What about adding an option that updates all when WHD is opened initially, or triggers ever hour or similar.
